Unfortunately, most of us only bring a radical change in our lives if life forces us to do so with a disease or other trauma. The Change in my life was also preceded by a Chaos 35 years ago that took the form of a disease. In such a challenge, people activate their own, inner, sleeping energies and completely rewrite their previous life. Like many, I felt it all unfair and had been working on my recovery out of anger and stubbornness for a year. I learned macrobiotics from Cecile Tovah Levin at the East-West Center in Los Angeles. I changed my diet and prepared one for thousands of clients. It was a milestone of my healing that I gave birth to my three children at home and taught them at home.

As I grew stronger in an authentic existence, I was led step by step into newer and newer areas of alternative life and lifestyle. I completed the 6 modules of Cranio Sacral treatment at Upledger Institute, obtained a Kundalini and then Hatha yoga teacher degree and studied Ayurveda. Each training has enriched my own and my family’s life and my work.

Energy-Psychotherapy elevated individual treatments to a beautiful place and became a key part of coaching-mentoring workshops.
